Loud in-room air conditioner, small closets, dented carpet and floors tell you how low the quality of the finishes are, the shower head in the bathroom is too weak, dust builds up so quickly overnight I would know why if I built the complex but yes Let me say I know it’s a pain to keep up with cleaning! Make sure to visit the apartment before renting out, make sure to turn on the air conditioner in the unit to hear how loud it is and understand the bad smell it makes, also if you are visiting unit 2404 especially make sure to check out the second bedroom facing south, feel How unrealistically hot or cold the temperature is, like you’re basically living in a greenhouse. I won’t explain again how loud it can be almost everyday because of the KC live block, especially if you rent any east/south facing condo. I’m counting the days until my lease ends.

I just moved a few months ago and love the building. Alayna was amazing, helped me get the apartment and was so easy to work with throughout the process. Community events are a great way to get a feel for the uniqueness of the building and get to know your neighbors, and the location is great to say the least. Easy walk to P L, Consentino’s (actually in the basement), Midland Theater and don’t forget the Sprint Center. I highly recommend you consider moving here!
