Good morning, I just wanted to say thank you for the shipment of 600 lbs of crawfish, 200 lbs of shrimp, condiments and table rolls. Out of 600 pounds, I didn’t see a single dead crawfish in the entire batch. It was amazing and no matter how careful everyone was with packing, shipping etc, each bag usually contained 2 – 3 dead. Not now. From the customer service we received from Avery and staff, to the order itself, I thank you for helping make our Missouri Crawfish Boil a success for our local veterans. After expenses, we raised over $10,500 to help house our homeless veterans. We will do two small boils (about 30 to 90 pounds) in the next two months and will definitely be in touch when we are ready to order.

I just wanted to say thank you for making my first crawfish event a success. I poured through the website and the videos were very helpful. I called a few times asking “rookie” questions. The staff was very helpful. I read many testimonials and I was confident that this was the company I wanted to use. I ordered and chose the purged select size. The order arrived by UPS without a hitch and on time. I was impressed by the size and vibrancy of the crawfish. They were very clean and very few were dead. I would guess out of 50 pounds, maybe only 20 died. It was impressive. The program was great. Everyone loved them. The seasoning packets were flavorful and had just the right amount of heat. Hello family, I’m from Grambling, Louisiana and resided in Bethesda, MD from 2007-2009. There are a lot of people from Louisiana there. I had a crawfish boil and fish fryback in 2008. I ordered 150 pounds of crawfish some gator meat from Yale. While cooking I had gumbo, catfish, BBQ chicken, sodas, a cake. I base my own thing. People came who were not from LA and had never eaten gator or crawfish; When all was said and done all I was left with was a bottle of water.
