The beauty of Tian Lai’s Chili Crab is how concentrated the flavors are. The sheen of oil in the sauce is a great source of spiciness and garlic. Priced at RM10 (~US$3.29) per 100g, you can expect a different flavor profile from the regular chilli crab. The bright characteristics of the Malaysian-Chinese spice mix simply bring the dish to life.
