Crab Fest In Baltimore – Held rain or shine since 1946, the Annual Rotary Crab Feast is one of Annapolis’ longest-running, most popular summer traditions!

Known as “the world’s largest crab feast,” the all-you-can-eat (and drink) event invites people from near and far to feast on Maryland’s famous crabs – along with Maryland vegetable crab soup, Maryland sweet corn on the cob, barbecue beef sandwiches, American hot dogs, watermelon, draft beer, and various sodas and water – at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium every August.

The Rotary Club of Annapolis directs 100% of the proceeds from the event to local community and cultural nonprofits with grants of up to $4,000. Also, the organization works with Annapolis Green, a local environmental group, to keep the Festival “zero -waste” by collecting and turning nearly 20,000 pounds of crab shells, corn cobs, watermelon chunks, plates, cups, cutlery, and napkins into a “Christmas Crab Compost” that is sold to the public every December.

About 2,500 people gathered for the night of the reunion while eating about 320 brushes of crab, 3,400 ears of corn, 100 gallons of crab soup, 1,800 hot dogs, 150 pounds of beef, and hundreds of gallons of tenderloin. drinks and beer.

Yes, tickets will be available at the door. Tickets go up to $20 for general admission and $40 for a Pint Pass at the door.

Visitors can park in designated areas on the road leading to the brewery and in the Baltimore Sun parking lot.

Maryland Crabs: Where & How To Eat Them

While it is allowed, it will be warm and busy, so we prefer you keep your puppies at home.

Please take out your printed ticket or ticket barcode from your phone while waiting in line. If you purchased a Pint Pass ticket, you must have a valid 21+ ID.

Food and drink vendors will be accepting cash and card and all items can be purchased al carte throughout the afternoon.

We cannot offer refunds, but all ticket purchases are fully transferable. The event is rain or shine.

Annapolis Crab Feast

As COVID remains a reality, health and safety are our top priorities. Accordingly, we will comply with current guidance from the City of Baltimore. These measures include but are not limited to outdoor areas, contactless entry, and multiple hand sanitizing stations for visitors and participants. Additionally, as an attendee, you will be required to follow all protocols and submit instructions while attending the festival.

There may be a risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public gatherings. With all public events, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and hereby release the festival from liability related thereto.

All bags will be searched upon entering the event. Security reserves the right to ask patrons to return prohibited items to their vehicle or to dispose of such items; non-cooperation may result in expulsion from the festival.

We will have multiple water stations throughout the festival area, and festival goers are welcome to bring a reusable water bottle. Please note that the bottle must be empty upon arrival.

Entry into Baltimore’s Crab Fest magazine is at the discretion of security and/or Festival Organizers during the event. We may conduct security searches upon entry at our discretion to ensure the safety of all festival attendees.
