Had oysters, mussels and boudan balls. The oysters were great and the mussels may have been the best I’ve ever had. Large and perfectly cooked with perfect heat level.

My new fun place to go! I enjoyed the blackened shrimp with coleslaw. We had a birthday celebration and the customer service was awesome!

We go 1-2 times a month for oysters and shrimp. The owner is very engaging with the customers. He gave us his special blend of sauce for our oysters. It complimented our meal. Cristela was our server and she is amazing! We originally asked for a dozen oysters and 2 lbs of shrimp, we ended up doubling our order!!! It’s so damn good!!

We are from FL, and visited Austin for the first time for a football game. My daughter, grandson and I decided to eat there after reading reviews. We ordered Crawfish étouffée, Seafood Combo. Felt like seafood and stumbled upon this place on Google. Glad I did. It was exactly the experience I was looking for. Better than the exclusive seafood places where everything is too salty. However, the beer could have been colder. The crab was on point and the fry on the prawns were flawless. Our server knows how to take care of his guests. “we’ll be back I told him”! I was extremely pleased!

The best crawfish and seafood place I have found in Austin. When the seafood runs out, you have to wait for a fresh shipment. I love it. Less food waste, no compromise with quality. Everything here tastes amazing, and hot (spicy) is actually HOT. It’s also worth noting that I usually despise cocktail sauce. This place makes their own in-house and I love it. It’s so damn good I’d buy a bottle if they sold it separately.

I happened to be in Austin and wanted seafood. I was googling seafood and stumbled upon this amazing place. The service was great, the food was amazing, and even got to talk to the owner. I just had crawfish and soft shell crab, but it was amazing. Honestly, the crawfish was the best I’ve ever had. I live about 40 minutes away but am willing to make the trip to this restaurant. Some restaurants, including LA Crawfish, Kasian Boil, Louisiana Crab Shack, and Crawfish Shack and Oyster Bar, serve boiled crawfish year-round. For many others, like Shoal Creek Saloon and Cover 2, it’s a seasonal menu item that’s finally available, thanks to a booming Louisiana crawfish industry that ground to a halt for two weeks due to the recent freeze.

Now that crawfish are pouring back into Texas, crawfish boils are happening at countless food trucks, wineries, breweries, bars and backyards this spring. In most places, covid-19-related safety measures are still being enforced.
