The Best Places Around Dallas To Eat Eggs, According To Foursquare

La Duni is a Latin cafe with the longest coffee menu you will ever see. I’ve never had one bad thing on the menu – that being said, their HUEVOS CON CARNITAS are to die for. They have two locations but personally, I think the one in McKinney is the best.

Stirr is one of the hipper spots in the Deep Ellum neighborhood. It’s a really fun place to hang out on a Sunday. They usually have live music on Sundays on their rooftop, but their indoor space is the cutest. No matter where you sit you can’t go wrong. And no matter what time of day you go, always get the gorgonzola waffle fries.

Rooftop Restaurant At Rh On Knox Street Is The New, Fashionable Place To Eat In Dallas

Mercat Bistro is a little French joint in the heart of Dallas. Their bistro table looks like it was taken straight from a postcard. The French-inspired menu is ah-maze. This is the place if you want to enjoy a good cappuccino or a long lunch with your girlfriend. If their charming little cafe has a long waiting list, Saint Ann’s right door is an equally good choice.

BreadWinners is a great place for large groups of people. I think this is a very popular place for Dallasites and “the” place to take out-of-towners when visiting the city. It’s very eclectic and it’s centrally located. They have a huge menu so there’s no way you won’t find something to eat! Also, their bakery is in house, so they have ALL the treats – cakes, cookies etc.

Oddfellows is a bit out of the way, but well worth it. This cute place has an outdoor bar where you can look out onto the street or directly into the restaurant. Everything on the menu is amazing, as well as their coffee and bloody mary. But my personal favorite? The Benedictine Oddfellows.

Taverna’s brunch is authentic Italian. I always have to start with their bruschetta. And did I mention their mimosas are only $2?! That should be reason enough to go there. I love that you can have breakfast or lunch there for lunch. There is a menu with various options and the interior is unique and cute.

Also in this Knox/Henderson area: right next door to Taverna is Toulouse, which is actually FAMOUS for their lunch too!

Over Easy is one of the newer hot spots in Dallas. It is located inside the Famous Statler Hotel – which has a complete mid-century modern feel. Over Easy serves breakfast, all day and most of their menu items are twists on the classic breakfast. One of the more popular items is their deviled egg flight, which is delicious. There’s also a coffee counter when you walk in so you know their lattes are worth ordering too. Plus the Hotel is very instagrammable, which is always a plus.

City Hall Bistro is always in style. Located in Hotel Adolphus, this place is a blogger’s dream. This is the perfect place to dress up with girlfriends and enjoy a glam lunch.

Dallas Fort Worth Restaurants With Christmas Decorations You Just Have To See

Harlowe is another luxury gem in the heart of Deep Ellum. The interior is beautiful and their entire menu is full of unique (delicious) options like pork belly chimichanga or sour waffles. And they have the CUTEST “sparkling bar” where you build your own mimosa with fresh juices, purees and fruit.

Meddlesome Moth is very underrated in Dallas, but their lunch menu might be the best in town. They have your classic brunch staples, but then they have things like whiskey maple glass donut sandwiches that will CHANGE. YOU. LIFE. Plus, it’s located in the fast-changing design district of uptown businesses.

When I explore a new city, I love discovering new restaurants with amazing food and service! If you’ve seen my posts on Fort Worth, then you know that I recently traveled to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and I’ve been before. However, just like Fort Worth, I haven’t really explored Dallas properly. Well. Let’s just say I tackled that little problem during my Dallas Food Tour and discovered these five unique places to dine and dine!

Main Street Bistro & Bakery is a great place to enjoy a simple pastry for breakfast, a casual lunch with friends or a nice sit-down dinner to round off your day.

I went for the Goat Cheese and Arugula Salad. immediately. I know this sounds like a pretty common salad; however, it is not. Along with its baby arugula and delicious soft goat cheese (I can’t resist goat cheese guys!), it has orange slices, strawberries, spiced pecans and wait for it…maple vinaigrette! I’ve never had maple vinaigrette before. Honestly, I just need some of that in a bowl with a straw. Forget the spoon. Give me the straw.

Now when you think it can’t get any better, I do what I do most of the time. I made a substitution. I come from a family that can’t just order off the menu. Yes, I am one of them. In my defense, by making my own substitutions or additions, I have come
