You come here primarily for the sushi—it’s the only place we get sushi in Ocean Beach, and they have a great spread of classic and innovative rolls. Rast Roll for us, with spicy tuna, cucumber, avocado, lemon, tobiko, kizami nori, microgreens and soy-yuzu.

It’s Raw Poke Shop is your one-stop shop if you’re looking for a delicious, no-nonsense meal while cruising through Ocean Beach. It’s a family-friendly place, and they serve authentic Hawaiian cuisine every Tuesday through Sunday, from noon to 6 p.m. You’ll have plenty of delicious and fresh options to choose from here, but we recommend trying at least a couple of the dishes with a side of rice and chili garlic edamame.
