If you’re planning a vacation in Traverse City and you’ve heard they have a great country club, hang in there for a few minutes because I’m about to give you a great list of hotels in the area!

Hotel Holiday Inn Traverse City, Mi 3* (united States)

Located in South Traverse City, a quieter part of town, the country club has become the ultimate destination for tourists and locals alike to relax, play golf and enjoy the city.

The area itself is pretty cool and you won’t find many attractions other than the Country Club, a few restaurants and the nearby Boardman River. People who are into outdoor activities and spending time in nature may also want to consider staying in South Traverse City as you will find several hiking trails in the area next to the river!

Unfortunately, there are no beaches in this part of town, but you can always head to Downtown Traverse City to hit the sandy beaches and admire the views of Grand Traverse Bay! Clinch Park Beach is only 2 miles (3 km) away.
