Trampoline Fun Place – The winter season can feel endless in Rockford, IL, but you don’t have to embrace all seasons! If you’re tired of doing the same old thing, check out one of the newest family-friendly attractions in Rockford, the giant trampoline park – Flow Supreme Air Sports!
Flow Supreme Air Sports is a giant trampoline park built in the former Furniture Row store on East State Street. It is not only a place for small children, children of all ages and even adults can play and have fun. During our visit, both my husband and I jumped in too. If jumping isn’t your thing, you can just pay admission for your kids and relax on one of the couches throughout the building.

The space is HUGE and clean with tons of cool areas to check out and beautiful graffiti-style artwork on the walls.
Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park
If you get hungry or thirsty while you’re there, they have a concession stand with drinks, slushies, and food.
Remember to save your Flow socks! They must be skipped and cost $3 per pair but can be used on multiple visits.
There is plenty of room for strollers and car seats and there is a baby changing station in the bathroom.
The price depends on age and how long you would like to jump. Time is counted by the half hour, so if you arrive at 5:10, you will be asked if you want to wait until 5:30 or lose the 10 minutes.
Indoor Trampoline Park
Children 2 and under are free with a paying parent. Toddler Flow socks will need to be purchased for $3.
Parents who don’t want to jump can get in for free as spectators and leave their shoes on. Flow asks parents with shoes on not to jump on the trampolines.
Children under 6 morning skip: Flow Rockford offers a reserved time for children under 6 years old Monday through Friday between 9 am and 10 am. A paid ticket for a child under 6 gets free admission for one parent.
Flow Glow Night: During Flow Glow Night, they turn off the main lights, turn on lasers and black lights and turn up the music. These events usually happen on weekend nights.
