I love that you show so much care to your loved ones in addition to the customers. If I had listened to a vet, my loved one would have died. Northbay Animal Hospital was aware of the emergency and responded quickly. Within 24 hours my dog Spot was 95% better. After 48 hours, thanks to Dr. Peters and her team, he was back to his normal self.
This evening my cat Lilly woke up from her nap with a swollen eye and I can tell it really bothered her. I called North Bay Animal Hospital hoping to get him right away. Dr. Smart was fully booked, but was kind enough to squeeze her in. He not only checked her eyes, but offered to save Lilly a future trip by giving Lilly her annual vaccinations since she had them. With the current national epidemic, The North Bay Animal Hospital team follows guidelines and treats animals, Limited services are provided to ensure the safety of all owners and teams. Thank you, Dr. Smart.
